Employee :- A person who is hired to give his services to a company or a person on a regular basis for exchange of the currencies or other value to fulfill his liabilities, in this case employee can’t say or become an independent business owner. Here everyone can become a employee and will always under a boss with limitations, no one will know that whatever you name is but where are you working for.
Self Employee :- A person who works for his own plan and dreams who don’t have anyone to order but he have to order himself for becoming a better business person, it’s a business and person is working for it independently if he thinks anything for this business growth will think from the heart and honestly.
This post will try to focus advantages of self employment, you know everyone is running for the job and services but very few are thinking towards own employment, independent ownership, becoming own boss and that’s why it should be undertaken by us and our coming generation if we wanted to do something strange but valuable.

It’s a long term process it requires more time and money than getting a job and services while most of the people thinks to get instant response and that’s why minorities of peoples are working in this way and getting success.
1. Income :- Very few jobs are available in the world that can fulfill our liabilities and rest of them (we all are doing) are only for feeding and that’s also in a limit, it is the first point taken by me because everyone works for output. Peoples are working with other companies is also depends on the same factor they don’t have much more money to start their own business or services and few are carrying but don’t have management to run their business and at last they are moving out of the field. Now a days because of It and Auto industry boom we have a lots of new business opportunities to do and offcourse will require a very less investment.
“Any big business is not big because of money, while that requires a big idea to do so” ..
2. Time :- You may have heard that time is valuable and no one can buy it and yeah it’s true no one can buy it but it’s more tuff for a self employee and tuffest for a employee because a he/she always do to forward his works and liabilities to do in the next month and a self employee always try to do his part in advance.
3. Security :- It’s a point that always leaves behind at the time of evaluation of the achievements by a person while this is the basic to capture because of todays environment which is full of accidents and corruption that effects on us and our family members. An employee will not get it at any cost because it should have in our self hand and he/she don’t have time for death also, a self employee have that much of time and money to get it and manage it for the safety of family and love ones.
4. Lack of promotion :- Not talking about that stupid promotion (candy) during job and services I am here for discussing about those promotions which you wants where you can search your dreams and happiness, in an employee life he/she gets some candies to show in the society but as a self employee you can show your self at the world level stages and you can get all the promotions when you want only you have to stat a self employed business or investment and see you will move towards those promotions day by day.
5. Not that desired life :- With the side of employment we cant’s see our life as in position to fulfill our desired that were well planned to do in the same life but it’s hardly possible, we should think for us and our kids our generations then we can deal with this confusion of employment and self employment or we will do as a employee and pass over leaving the same for next …
