Have you ever seen a doctor attending the classes and workshops of engineering to get better knowledge about the latest updates in the medical field related to diseases and medicines ? I think your answer will be ” no ” never ever caught any doctor in the classes of engineering or else than medical once. Then why and how we can do this mistake with our next generation and making their base a very strange and weak according to the real world dealing and having a very different knowledge to face that all ? We ever thought the matter of education policy and uses from the same, no nope we don’t have any responsibility other than giving admission fees and all the required instead of thinking is their any use of the same in this early age of children who don’t have any consciousness till now and carrying the bags of their weight or above without any aim and knowledge that why they are doing this all crap, only because all are doing and it’s necessary according to elders thinking and order.

Parts of the policy where a sudden change should be in demand or we will create a generation of confuse peoples and who don’t have any difference with the animals.

• Change the syllabus : We all are reading and writing the technical stuffs from the very early classes and that’s a very harmful stage to give the limitations to a child thinking and gives them understanding of learning and making a data of knowledge where very few points are usable in the real life happenings and their also practical and experience is powerful than knowledge. So the syllabus of basic classes should be changed like the ancient period learnings and earnings of reality and daily use stuffs because it’s the power to take action on the creative mind and thinking.

• Add some case studies and motivation in the primary classes : There should not be only stories and pressure to learn all for their examinations while these actions should be in case of making impact on the students for future to grow and do something as well. Please make it possible to understand the students that life is not the story before any success or achievements.

• Fill the generation gap : It’s a possibility that you may heard or seen about any case of the problems in students because of the teachers ignorance of their ability to fill up the gap of generation before making their teaching and all. It should be a common understanding amongst the teachers that they have to become a guide to the students life and education not only the employee for their living.

Be sure about your self and children who are getting this repetition of mistakes where they will loose all the creations and interest of doing something technical and productive to standout from the mob and get their part of name and fame in this world.
