Your business depends on the power and thinking of peoples you works with and that’s why you should be aware about all the needs and happenings related to them and try to fulfill which all possible and under your position. No one knows why this rule and regulation came out to push the employees for any work and then don’t thinks even that how he/she will come to do that all without the suitable and must have sources and it’s all about impossible if entrepreneurs have to do the same job by self.
Whenever we joins any business or company as a employee there then feels these following problems have to face and that’s also without any advance knowledge about because each and every company deals with another way of working.
- Actual salary as they works : It’s a very practical fact and that should be any company will not give the all made by employees because they also have to grow and survive in this competitive market and then only jobs will be secure to run as well or only options leaves behind of cutting the number of employees by making some funny statements like they were ill, enemy of company policies or else. But business owner should be aware about the truth employees have also to survive and then they requires their actual worth of work.
- Security which is more important than pay checks : Now a days government officers are more unsecure than non government employees because they have a permanent source of income ( till retirement ) and that is also very exposed by themself or family members and leads towards the blackmailing and all other stuffs for money or any other deal comes under their power. In this case employees are seeking security but government is not serious about and they are doing their job at risk of life.
- Nothing to get refresh : Some developed countries make it possible to refresh their employees for work with more efforts and concentration by organizing games, contest, dance programs, singing concerts and many more options and then they made great exposure of business and employees as well in the related market. Why don’t we all thinks about these examples than can give more than expectations.
- Lack of surprises like bonuses : If any company put’s their employees on surprise they will never ever think about living their interest in working and giving results in the hope of making surprises for all and their family members, it’s all about creating a buzz in their mind to give their 100% for your company.
- Power breaks between working hours : During making a schedule for the employees make sure are you getting that fit on yourself if not recognizing easily then final one and live a whole week according the same and then correct or launch for the common employees. Make sure you have given enough time for getting relax and power building during their job timing so they don’t feel tired or else to leave the job.
Nothing is impossible if you thinks this all above points are going to damage your company working and others but keep it all in mind you have to take work from humans just like you and they never ever believe in working just like a robot. Money matters but environment and supportive structure of work may lead to get more work in the same salary you will spend for any.
What will be your planing if you have to join your company as a owner and CEO as well to manage and get more than before ? I am sure you will do some changes in the company policy and regulations because time is changing in each and every move and you should follow that for better stand in the memory of workers and partners.
