Facebook may be Fined €100,000 for Holding Deleted User’s Data

It’s second time when we are getting updates from the technology blogs and news leaders regarding the facebook privacy threat where facebook might get notice to pay the fine amount of €100,000 for still saving the user details who have already deleted their profile and facebook said that they will not conserve any of the tiny or major part of your great profile and else (page or group).

So what is the Actual Case this time ?

According to guardian, an Austrian law student Max Schrems found that facebook still showing around 1,200 pages holding personal information what he had deleted in the past and that’s why he filed around 22 different complains against this social media giant.

What facebook says ?

According to facebook officials it’s open for everyone where any user can get access and download all the messages, likes, comments, video or picture post etc. – and added that these all will not be the personal data.

What facebook not says ?

I think the main question of Max was – why facebook still holding his personal data ?
And then are not making any comment regarding this business and hence they should pay the fine ):

What I think on this overall news ?

If you will get my comments over the news, then I would like to give like to Max Schrems because he have done a good job in exposing what was going on after getting official death certificate from the facebook itself.

And no doubt it’s sameful doing business on your customers death, yeah if facebook holding your data even after your departure from their site means they will use your information for their future business plannings like showing the same to their advertisers.

Over to you

Don’t be at the receivers side only and take participate here in comments below, and also an appeal to the bloggers and webmasters who finds places like this to advertise – please don’t make spam because now it’s getting tough job for me managing the comments for hours.
