Nope there is no change in our Google PR because we not got good links after the last time Google PR update but now when we are again at 3/10 Google PR then it’s a challenge for us to increase the numbers and beat the competitors.

PR matters but also requires a huge work behind to get a jump, make more quality backlinks before the next PR Update rolls and you say the same in comments at blogs.
I’m seeing some gradual improvements with the words i’ve been monitoring, all heading in the right direction. I’m not so fussed with the PR number though …. it’s just a number.
