Seems company is experiencing a lot of disbalance in it’s board members first the CEO Carol Bartz was fired and Yahoo was working without a CEO around 4 months and when finally Scott Thompson the president got placed as CEO now a co-founder exits.

According to a report published in AsiaOne Google had taken over Yahoo’s advertising services and now trippled it’s business and client base in comparison of Yahoo. And then also it’s board members are leaving it’s in it’s tough time of the business – according to sources Yang left but the stocks gone over the expectations and hence some of the media personalities also dictating that it may be a positive side of Yahoo business.

Jerry Yang a 43 year old web enthusiast who co-founded the Yahoo back in year 1995 now left Yahoo and also the Alibaba was also holding Chief Positioning between June 2007 to January 2009 and after a business deal rejection by the Microsoft he was replaced by Carol Bartz.

He was not so aggresive in making business for Yahoo and hence it might be a case of news readers that who cares if he left by his own choice but really it’s a big deal when a co-founder leaves his/her company due to hiring  a new chief as successful as Scott Thompson.
