- Their outstation group :- The lady member have the group of new members sponsored by her but she is getting it difficult to follow her team at that far place without visiting them, so here you have to take her responsibility for visiting her group and let them inform and educate with the latest updates in the business.
- Be informed with their thinking :- Organize the meets and seminars not far from the center of the city and far from their reach or where they don’t like to attend that. Always be in their touch and try to find their thinking towards their current situation in business they will not inform you may be because of hesitation or some other fact (in case of newbies).
