A new announcement coming regards next Olympic for the Cable Car in London project worth 50 million pounds over the Thames River connecting two cities across the river.
On Wednesday London transport announced that work had begun on the two passenger stations Royal Victoria Dock and the Greenwich Peninsula and that preliminary work had started in the River.
On completing the project, the cable cars will run 50 meter over the river carrying over 2500 peoples an hour.
A Transport for London (TfL) announced that this project was never a plan for Olympic transportation so they will not going to do any hurry and take their time because Olympic have other transport options and planning.
Originally the project was funded 25 million pound but added extra 25 million for quick delivery and previously it was clear that they will not use the public fund but now it’s planned that tax fund will also contribute to design the project at it’s best.
According to the London Mayor Boris Johnson this project will surely help in transportation and over the Thames and an aye catching “bird’s eye” view over the capital.
