A corporate gift is the title given to a present or items which is given by a business to their customers, employees, clients or corporate partners. They are immensely popular and are often personalised or themed to reflect identity of the business giving out the gift.

The further benefit of corporate gifts can be a double edged sword. The positive results are only remembered as positive if the product which is given away is of high quality. Alternatively, low quality gifts, even in the event of them being free, have a negative effect on the customer as they associate poor quality with the giver of the gift as well as the gift itself.

Companies are often mocked for giving away items which have little or no benefit to the recipient. The most important aspect of a bag is that it is an outer garment. People carry bags and this means that not only is the product or name of the giver being advertised to the user but the additional people who see the recipient as they carry their goods in it. Imagine that the recipient walks past thirty people within their normal journey home from an event – this is a further thirty people who have seen the bag and the logo emblazoned on it.
