It is better to know their tactics and when they ask about your limitations, answer it cleverly. The only option you have in this case is to have healthy and formal conversation with the recruiters. You must show them you are always prepared to learn new things in no time.

In a recent report, a multinational company in the name of MU Sigma interviewed a candidate through Skype, which was certainly a different notion for the candidate. Well, if you have learned all the conventional trends of interviews with butt0oned shirts and straight backbone; you need to rethink your preparation strategy. Get yourself close to the seniors –
This becomes important for you as a fresh graduate because the companies are thinking the other way round.
