Stages to do list

Make an Arrangement that Suits with your Revolutionized life-style

In our earlier days we used to write things in a paper chit, last page of rough notebook & a bit smarter way was maintaining the diary but now life has became digital hub so the arrangement has to match with this. We should note down the things in web browser & if you carry Blackberry so you can always get to know what the next task is aligned to you. However if you have nothing to do with online world, then paper- chit idea is evergreen, just keep it in front of you.

Segregation on Priority Basis

Like you need to know what requires your current attention or what you can do afterwards. Separate the list in 3 parts Top Most Priority, Rest to do’s & Can Wait. First part will possesses the work which cannot be delayed even a day & TAT is about to finish.

Rest To Do’s (2nd Part of list)

Will carry the all the things in priority basis but that can be delayed a day or two.

Can Wait (3rd Part of list)

This will include all your work which will give you feel good factor after completion of work because may be you never able to recall them but get them done since they were somewhere tagged in your list.

Review the list on time to time

It will not take more than 5 minutes but will save you precious hours from recalling, thinking, forgetting & confusing with the tasks. Check if you have missed out something important etc. By each passing day you will feel yourself more focused & relaxed. Update it if required every morning & evening.

Start Reading each item in a mood to work

Like, just don’t read it, start implementing one by one. Action is very important. Most of the time you will feel that task which seems you tough or time taking but you will prove, wrong coz they didn’t take time & energy but a START.

Delete or cut the unwanted things

Work which you have already finished or not need to do should be deleted from your list in case of paper list just cut the item to avoid any kind of distraction.

List should not carry more than 5 Items

Make it short & simple otherwise you will feel burdened.

Few minutes, a small list, bit efforts will give you an Organised Life & Feel Good Factor!
